Wajhat holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from City University of Science and Information Technology, Pakistan, and a master's degree in construction project management from Xi’an University of Technology, China. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Construction at Massey University, New Zealand, where his research focuses on artificial intelligence applications in property valuation and smart real estate systems.
Wajhat has experience working in both the education and construction sectors, including hands-on involvement in project planning, real estate market analysis, and stakeholder communication within the residential construction industry.
His research areas include the use of artificial intelligence in automated property valuation, construction informatics, smart real estate technologies, labour shortages, and data-driven decision-making in residential property development and management.
Wajhat’s goal is to guide each learner toward becoming confident, capable professionals by equipping them with critical thinking skills, practical industry knowledge, and the ability to apply innovative solutions to real-world challenges.
Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his wife, exploring different cuisines, and watching cricket. He also has a strong interest in learning about global real estate trends and engaging with multicultural communities.
