Elrasheid Elkhidir

Sessional Lecturer

Elrasheid Elkhidir holds a PhD in Civil Engineering and master’s degrees in Construction Management and Construction Engineering.

He has more than 12 years of experience in the construction field and more than five years in the research and education fields. His research areas are construction management, disaster management, and climate change adaptation.

His goal is to ensure every learner embarks on a transformative learning journey that fosters critical thinking, collaboration, and practical application of knowledge. He aims to cultivate a student-centred, inclusive environment where all learners feel valued and empowered to actively engage with their studies.

By focusing on experiential learning, Elrasheid works to equip students with the skills, confidence, and real-world experience needed to become highly skilled graduates, ready for professional employment and capable of making meaningful contributions to their fields.

Outside of work, Elrasheid enjoys spending time with family.
